We hope you enjoyed our production of 'The Nativity'! The class were delighted to perform it to the school and to you. A huge well done to each and every one of them for being so fabulous!

In class, aside from the Nativity we have worked hard exploring 2D shape, as well as writing our own non-chronological report on monsters - with brilliant creativity. We have been so pleased with their ideas and use of the toolkit. We have continued to watch a section of the Christmas story each day, read this week by Mrs Bennett, Gary, Miss Preston, Mrs Martin and Mrs Bartram:) We are a thoughtful bunch so have appreciated the pause to reflect at the end of each video. 

Spellings - Tuesday, 16^th December will be our final spelling test of the term. Please help your child to practise learning their spellings. It will also be a time to change Library books.

Please continue to read at least 5 times each week and sign the Reading Record. Reading assessments will be completed next week, so please ensure that your child has their reading Record and books in school every day.

Change Maker Project: please encourage your child to complete one activity from the Compassion section of the CMP. We will be looking at who has completed what on Wednesday, ready to hand out stickers on Friday. If your child has donated to a charity in some way recently, please send us an email via the Office or please let us know at the door next week, so that we can reward their compassion.
