  • Harvest Celebration

    Fri 05 Oct 2018 T Palmer

The children attended a lovely Harvest Service at St Mary's Church yesterday morning.  After a warm welcome from Rev'd Talbot the children joined in with Hymns and Prayers.  The Ethos Council read out some prayers and hymns.

Our Harvest donations this year have formed the basis of the Harvest Festival Display for the Harvest Festival Service at St Mary's Church on Sunday 7th October at 10.00am.  All the gifts that the Pupils of St Mary’s School took to church go together to local people in need, Herts. Young Homeless, Watford and Three Rivers Refugee Project and the Catholic Workers Farm in West Hyde (which offers much needed support to Asylum Seekers and Refugees).

Following the service, members of Year 6 and Mrs McLeod helped to display the goods for the Church Harvest Festival Service on Sunday.
